ORIAHC CRil
Terms of reference
These terms describe the purpose of the ORIAHC CRil platform and the responsibilities of people using its registration, licensing and verification services.
Purpose and scope
The platform supports individual registration, institutional applications, application tracking and credential verification. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the issue of a credential.
Accurate applications
Provide accurate, complete information and submit only documents you are authorized to use. Keep your application reference and tracking details available for follow-up.
Accounts and access
Protect your sign-in details and tracking codes. Use only accounts and institution records you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person or attempt to access restricted information.
Review, fees and credentials
Applications are subject to review by authorized officials. Where a fee is required, review the amount and payment instructions shown during the application. A payment alone does not constitute approval. Use issued credentials only for their stated purpose.
Responsible use
Do not submit misleading documents, interfere with the service, collect personal information without authorization or alter a credential to misrepresent its validity.
Questions and corrections
For questions about an application, payment or credential, contact the ORIAHC office responsible for your application. Keep your application reference ready and do not share passwords.
